In this course, participants will learn the basics of interval training and discover how different phases of activity and recovery affect the body. Through clear explanations and vivid demonstrations, the course teaches dynamic movement sequences, simple endurance exercises, and functional movements that engage various muscle groups. Participants learn to focus on controlled movement execution and gain a better understanding of the relationships between exertion, recovery, endurance, and coordination.
The material covered is practiced and applied through methodically coordinated movement sequences. Different intensity levels allow participants to adapt the movement sequences to their own physical capabilities. Participants learn to assess their exertion level, plan appropriate recovery periods, and independently regulate the intensity of their movements. In addition, Tabata intervals can be incorporated to introduce the principle of interval training through a concrete example and to experience its effects on the body.
By combining instruction, demonstration, guided practice, and rest periods, participants develop greater body awareness and improve their endurance, coordination, and flexibility. At the same time, they experience the joy of varied physical activity and of challenging themselves physically together.
The course is particularly suitable for beginners. No prior experience is required, as the movements are taught at different intensity levels and adapted to individual abilities.
Please note: The course will be held in English.
